Adam Vinton

Adam has approximately 15 years of finance experience and is primarily engaged in valuations for the purposes of rendering fairness opinions, solvency opinions, financial reporting for business combinations (ASC 805), goodwill impairment testing (ASC 350), fair value reporting (ASC 820), stock compensation reporting (IRC 409A / ASC 718), business reorganization and for purposes of raising capital.

Mr. Vinton has an extensive finance background, having begun his career as an actuary and progressed through roles in business valuation, corporate development, and corporate finance. After working with FTI Consulting in New York, Adam led strategic finance teams at companies across biotech, SaaS, energy, insurance, and professional staffing, leading international expansion efforts, new product launches, capital raising, M&A, and more.

Adam is a graduate of the Lundquist College of Business, with honors, at the University of Oregon and the Stanford Graduate School of Business' Executive CFO program.
