Dave Pezeshki Prior to co-founding Redwood Valuation Partners, David spent six years as Controller at Alloy Ventures. While at Alloy he spent time as CFO for many of Alloy's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Alloy, David was a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young. While in public accounting, David spent time working with public and private companies assisting them with tax, accounting and financial consulting. David is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BA in Accounting (1999) and an MS in Finance (2001) from Louisiana State University. |
Ahsan Malik Prior to co-founding Redwood Valuation Partners, Ahsan was a Senior Associate at Alloy Ventures, where he worked with the IT investment team on new investments and supporting existing portfolio companies. His responsibilities included company valuations, financial analysis, due diligence, and market research. Prior to Alloy, Ahsan was a Financial Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology investment banking group, where his responsibilities included analyzing and executing a variety of financing alternatives and M&A transactions for public and private companies across all technology sectors. Ahsan received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. |
